All food except for the pizzas, chicken nuggets, salmon fishcakes, chicken fingers, lamb burgers, veggie burgers and biscuits come in bags of 4 servings (16 cubes minimum) which weigh 500g or more.

Pizzas, chicken nuggets, salmon fishcakes, chicken fingers veggie burgers and lamb burgers come in bags of 4 servings (8 items minimum) which weigh 250g or more.

Only the freshest of ingredients are used:

  • all eggs are free range
  • all bread is homemade and contains no added salt
  • meat is purchased from C.G. Culimore, Fishponds Road, it comes from a Keynsham farm, where the animals are grass fed and are free roaming
  • fruit and vegetables are purchased from 'Organics to Go', which is based on a 70 acre farm near Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire and which delivers produce from it's own farm as well as from 18 other local farms

All salmon and tuna used is 'dolphin friendly'.

Please note that every effort is made to ensure the continuity of ingredients, however, there may be occasions when an ingredient has to be substituted due to lack of availability. In all cases substiutions will be made using ingredients that are suitable for the recipe and that are to the same or greater value as the ingredient to be substituted.
