Cooking InstructionsAll
meals in cubes can be heated either: - in
a saucepan, stir gently while heating. Do not boil or overcook as this will impair
the flavour
- or
- in a microwave (800W E) - put 4 cubes
into a suitable container. Heat on full power for 1 minute 45 seconds, stir and
then leave to stand for 1 minute. Pots are equivalent to 4 cubes and should be
microwaved without their lids. Microwave the pots for fish pie, cottage pie and
the fruit crumbles for as long as for 4 cubes of food.
Other
meals (chicken nuggets, salmon fishcakes etc) -
to enjoy these at their best, they should be defrosted first, they can then be
heated either :
- in
a small frying pan, with 1-2 tablespoons of oil, until they are heated through

or
- in a microwave (800W
E) - put 2 items into a suitable container. Heat on full power for 1 minute, leave
to stand for 1 minute prior to serving.

or
- in a preheated oven
at 200°C, for 10 minutes
Fish goujons can be cooked from frozen and are best shallow fried or oven cooked,
as above. Pizzas should be cooked
in a preheated oven at 200ºC, for 10-15 minutes
All appliances vary, alter cooking times accordingly.
Ensure that all food is piping hot prior to cooling a little before serving to
young children. All
