1. Is there a minimum order?

Delivery is free on all first orders within an approximate 10 mile radius of Fishponds, Bristol.

Delivery is free on all orders over £15 within an approximate 10 mile radius of Fishponds, Bristol. Orders for less than £15 will incur a £3.50 delivery charge.

Orders outside of this area will incur a £3.50 delivery charge, plus a charge of £0.50 per mile for the return journey.

2. When do you deliver?

At a time convenient to you. We will discuss delivery date and time when you place your order.

3. When and how is payment made?

Payment is made on delivery and can be made by cash or cheque. Please make cheques payable to 'Bib & Tucker'.

4. How is the food packaged?

The food is packaged in freezer food bags. The label tells you the name of the meal, the weight of the pack, the batch number (unique to your order) and the best before date.

5. How long does the food keep in the freezer?

For about 3 months.

6. Are you a professional cook?

No, I'm just a very enthusiastic one! I have done and passed the basic food hygiene course, environmental health have inspected and passed the premises for me to run the food business from home and trading standards have checked and passed the labeling.
